Dr Jodie Olivier Dr Jodie Olivier is a general dentist working in private practice in north-west Sydney. She completed a Bachelor of Dentistry with Honours at the University of Sydney in 2009 and has been practising at her ‘second home’ since 2010. In 2014, she was admitted as a Fellow to the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons. Since first becoming involved with ADA NSW in 2015, she has expanded her professional involvement to become an active member of Federal ADA, RACDS and the Hills Dental Study Group. Jodie is newly elected to the Board.

Dr Dominic Aouad Dr Dominic Aouad (BDS (Adel.) MBA FPFA FICD) is a general dentist and practice owner with a particular interest in clinical heuristics and decision-making. Dominic has a Masters in Business Administration and is a current Director of Dental Compliance Australia, a dental education company looking at improving dentists understanding of regulation and compliance whilst improving patient outcomes.
In addition to his involvement on other ADA Committees, Dominic has served as a Professional Officer for the Dental Council of NSW and has a keen interest in helping practitioners to access education resources that lead to better quality care.

Kate Miranda Kate Miranda is the Head of Public Affairs and Advocacy at Australian Red Cross. She leads the media, government relations and strategic communications teams. Kate is responsible for managing their strategic approach to advocacy and public policy matters, and communicating the work of Red Cross.
She has previously worked for ADA NSW as Head of Communications and Public Affairs and in the General Manager role for Filling the Gap. She is a passionate advocate for equity of access to oral health care and raising community awareness of the importance of good oral health. Kate specialises in corporate communications and organisational strategy and has more than 20 years’ experience in not-for-profit management, federal government advisory roles and media relations. Kate began her career as a journalist for the ABC.
Dr David Digges David graduated from the University of Sydney in 1981 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery. He’s practised in Newcastle, the United Kingdom, and Sydney. During his career he has been heavily involved in volunteer dental work both in Australia and overseas in Balgo and East Timor. He is a long-serving member of several dental associations including the ADA, the International College of Dentists and the Pierre Fauchard Academy.
David was the founder of the National Dental Foundation (NDF) that provided pro bono dental care to disadvantaged Australians. When NDF went on to become the Australian Dental Health Foundation (ADHF) David and held the role of Deputy Chairman for a number of years. He remains actively involved with ADHF currently as the NSW chairman. Filling the Gap operates ADHF’s Adopt a Patient and Dental Rescue programs within NSW and the ACT.
